vegetables and tofu together for a dinner

Stir-fry organic that is scrumptious, healthy, and easy to make! Serve this dish over steamed brown rice.
Level: Easy
Yield: 2 main-dish servings
Ingredients

1 tbsp. Organic olive oil
0.50 tsp. organic sesame oil
0.25 tsp. organic crushed red pepper flakes
0.50 medium organic red onion
2 clove organic garlic
1 c. organic broccoli florets
0.50 organic red bell pepper
6 large organic shiitake mushrooms
1 tsp. organic soy sauce
1 piece organic baked tofu
2 organic scallions
0.50 c. organic cilantro
1 tsp. organic sesame seeds

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil, sesame oil, and pepper flakes. When the oil is warm, add onion and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the tofu, scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Cook until the tofu is heated through. Serve immediately
